1. Collaboration grants
Collaboration grants fund transnational, cross-sectoral activities by independent cultural and artistic organisations working together or with independent organisations from other sectors.

Lead applicant: independent artistic or cultural organisation based in Europe
• Partnering applicant: organisations from the cultural or other sectors

Next deadline for applications
6th of September 2010.
The selection process will be finalized in the week of October 25th.

2. Balkan Incentive Fund for Culture
The Balkan Incentive Fund for Culture supports collaborative artistic and cultural projects delivered by organisations within and cooperating with the Western Balkan region.

Independent artistic or cultural organisation based in the Western Balkans; independent artistic or cultural organisation based in other parts of Europe in collaboration with an independent organisation in the Balkan region.

3. Mobility
is the life-blood of cultural cooperation. Artists and cultural workers need to move easily across borders to meet their international peers, exchange views, cooperate, and influence one another. ECF's mobility programme is called STEP beyond.

Our mobility fund stimulates and supports cross-cultural creative projects in a wider Europe, enabling artists and cultural workers to collaborate, exchange, network and explore unfamiliar ground and different ways of working.

Maximum grant: There is no specific maximum, but grantees get on average between €300 and €700.

Who can apply
Individual artists, cultural operators, cultural researchers and cultural writers (art critics and cultural journalists, etc) travelling to/from EU countries to/from the European Neighbourhood. In collaboration with the Arts and Culture Network Programme of the Open Society Institute, ECF's STEP beyond also supports travel to/from the South Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia) as well as Turkey.

Next Deadline
You can apply at any time of year, but make sure that you do so AT LEAST 8 weeks before the actual travel date.
